Kicking Bear Camp and Foundation for Hope Youth Hunt at Cedar Hollow Lodge and Outfitters
Kicking Bear was back at Cedar Hollow Lodge and Outfitters outside Grayling, MI for a camp in October. We teamed up with our Michigan Champions and had an awesome time with families shooting archery, navigating the tough course, slinging marshmallows and more. Krysta shared the gospel with all and it was a very successful camp.
A couple weeks later Ray and Krysta traveled back up to Cedar Hollow. For the 18th year kicking Bear teamed up with Tony Semple’s Foundation for Hope to take kids out on a dream hunt. These young hunters are all battling health challenges in life, but for one weekend they get to trade in the doctor’s appointments and hospital waiting rooms for sunrises and sunsets in a hunting blind. We had a humbling week with these kids as they harvested some amazing deer and witnessed great victory in Christ during our time together as well. God is amazing!
Wild Game Dinner
Kicking Bear was honored participate and speak at Harvest Community Church’s Taste of the Wild dinner in Luxemburg, WI. Ray intertwined hunting stories with the greatest hunting story of all times, God pursuing each man, woman, and child with His unfailing love and an open invitation for a personal relationship. It was a wonderful event.
